A seating at the chef’s counter is the best place to experience the choreography of the chefs and wait staff. I felt like I was simultaneously at the ballet, an art exhibit and, of course, very fine dining establishment. The food and beverage pairings were outstanding, the service impeccable, atmosphere romantic and whimsical. It wasn’t just the best meal I’ve ever had; it was also an amazing experience.
